What is the IQA process
Internal quality assurers have many responsibilities and their days will vary.As an iqa you must monitor all assessors allocated to you and ensure that on an annual basis they cover the complete range of assessment methods which includes direct observation, product report, questions and answers, witness testimony, productFollow any action plans from external quality assurers or others involved in the iqa process.The iqa procedure is the guideline for the audit to ensure planning and performing the audit to make sure our qms system is effective and meets all quality management system requirements.Internal quality assurance ensures that the assessors and teachers make consistent, reliable and valid assessment decisions.
